Our little Owen has finally arrived on 5th Jan 06.... :)
The only thing is we have to start all over again....the every 2hr feeding thru the night= Tired...heehee but frankly speaking the satified burp from him is more than enough to make u feel worth it.
This year chinese new year doesn't seem to have much mood cos everything is in a rush and I ended my confinement period early (3 weeks only) cos my mum need to do the praying on the eve of CNY...this time confinement is more relaxing as my delivery is smooth and my 'tear' is less so lesser stitches lesser pain.
This time i trying my best to fully breastfeed Owen, initially I gave myself a lot of stress as I dun produce enough milk for him, imagine i can pump for 15min and only less than 1 ounce of milk is 'squeezzzee' out but now I have learn to take it easy cos I realised that when the mummy eat well, rest well the breast milk comes better...so my advise to all mum to be is : RELAX and take it easy!
